🌟 Join us for the grand finale of this summer semester – the ultimate Erasmus student picnic! It’s the perfect way to say goodbye to the amazing friends you’ve made in Ljubljana and celebrate the unforgettable moments you’ve shared. Let’s wrap up the semester together with good vibes, laughter, and one last big memory before we part ways.

🍔 Savor a delicious all-you-can-eat buffet with a variety of meat, vegetarian, and vegan options, paired with unlimited beer, white wine, and non-alcoholic drinks to keep the good vibes flowing. It’s the perfect chance to fuel up, meet new friends, and start the semester in style!

🏞️ Set in the heart of Ljubljana, the picnic starts at 14:00 and features six hours of fun, laughter, and exciting activities. From lively sports competitions to dancing with others, you’ll have plenty of ways to connect with fellow Erasmus students and create lasting memories.

⚽ But the fun doesn’t end there! Right after the picnic, all football fans can head over to Kampus Food, where the UEFA Champions League Final will be shown live on a big outdoor screen. Grab a drink, find your spot, and enjoy the match with fellow students under the stars – the perfect ending to an epic Erasmus day!

Event venue: Študentski kampus, Pivovarniška ulica 6, 1000 Ljubljana

Event schedule:
14:00 – start of the Erasmus student picnic
20:00 – end of the Erasmus student picnic
20:00 – start of the UCL final streaming at Kampus Food

THE PRICE INCLUDES

The organisation of the Erasmus student picnic and all of the food and drinks that you will consume during the picnic.

HOW DO YOU SUCCESSFULLY APPLY

For your application to be processed, you must first settle the event costs! You can find all the necessary information on how to do so by contacting us at our events email address esnlj.events@gmail.com or by checking the available options below.

You can settle the event costs in the following ways:

3. Bank transfer

PRICE

REGULAR TICKET: 15,00 EUR – available until Friday, the 23rd of May 2025 until 23:59

LATE BIRD TICKET: 20,00 EUR – available until Wednesday, the 28th of May 2025 until 23:59
