Experience the finest flavours of Slovenian cuisine in a special evening designed just for international students. The dinner is inspired by Slovenia’s Restaurant week, a prestigious event where the country’s top fine dining restaurants curate exclusive limited-edition menus twice a year, we are bringing this gourmet experience to you at a student-friendly price.

WHAT IS SLOVENIA’S RESTAURANT WEEK?

Every spring and autumn, the most renowned Slovenian restaurants take part in this event, offering specially crafted menus that showcase their culinary excellence. Known for its refined gastronomy and premium service, Restaurant week is a celebration of flavours and creativity, making high-end dining more accessible – though still at a luxury price point.

At our Gourmet dinner experience, we’re recreating the essence of Restaurant week – a carefully curated three-course menu, featuring elegant dishes, a touch of fine wine and an unforgettable dining atmosphere. And the best part?

THE MENU

Just like in Restaurant week, we’re offering two menu options:

1. MENU – REGULAR MENU
🥣 Cold starter: homemade chicken pâté with hazelnuts and honey, served with bread
🥩 Main course: herb-roasted chicken served with a creamy porcini & parmesan risotto
🍰 Dessert: panna cotta with forest fruits

🍷 Optional wine pairing: A selection of three premium Slovenian wines (3 dcl total), perfectly matched with each course. Additional payment of 9€.

2. MENU – VEGETARIAN MENU
🥣 Cold starter: baked brie with hazelnuts and honey
🫛 Main course: veggie patties served with a creamy porcini & parmesan risotto
🍰 Dessert: panna cotta with forest fruits

🍷 Optional wine pairing: A selection of three premium Slovenian wines (3 dcl total), perfectly matched with each course. Additional payment of 9€.

THE GOURMET DINNER INFORMATION

Please note that there are two time slots available – 18:00 and 20:00. Be sure to book a spot at the time that suits your schedule!

Event schedule:
17:50 – 18:00 – participant check-in
18:00 – start of the 1st dinner serving
19:50 – 20:00 – participant check-in
20:00 – start of the 2nd dinner serving

The organization of the gourmet dinner experience and all dinner servings.

HOW DO YOU SUCCESSFULLY APPLY
