Two days, three destinations, one unforgettable trip. Join us on 10 – 11 October 2026 for a journey through Italy’s history, coastline and charm – from the medieval towers of Bologna, to the tiny mountaintop republic of San Marino, all the way to the sandy shores of Rimini. ✨

Expect world-famous food, breathtaking views, good company and the kind of memories you’ll still be talking about long after the trip ends. 🚍

1st DAY (Ljubljana – Bologna – Rimini)

We set off early in the morning, heading towards Bologna – home to one of the world’s oldest universities, kilometres of elegant arcades, and some of Italy’s best food. Once we arrive, we’ll explore the historic centre together: Piazza Maggiore, the enormous Basilica of San Petronio, and the leaning Asinelli and Garisenda Towers. And yes – there’ll be time to try real Bolognese cooking. Our tip: tagliatelle al ragù, tortellini in brodo, or a proper Bolognese lasagne.

In the afternoon, we continue to Rimini, one of Italy’s most famous seaside towns, known for its endless beaches and relaxed pace of life. After checking into the hotel, we’ll take a walk into the old town, where 2,000-year-old Roman landmarks – like the Arch of Augustus and the Tiberius Bridge – sit right alongside beach-town energy. The rest of the evening is yours to explore, relax or simply enjoy being by the sea. Overnight stay in Rimini, ready for another day of adventures tomorrow.

2nd DAY (Rimini – San Marino – Ljubljana)

After breakfast, we’ll head back into Rimini for some free time – grab a coffee, wander the streets, pick up a souvenir or two.

Next stop: San Marino, one of the smallest and oldest countries in the world, perched on a hill with views that stretch for miles. Once there, you’ll have free time to explore its medieval streets at your own pace – think Liberty Square, the Basilica of Saint Marinus, and the legendary Three Towers, all worth seeking out on your own. It’s also the perfect chance to take advantage of San Marino’s cheap, duty-free shopping. Got a sweet tooth? Don’t leave without trying a slice of the famous Tre Monti cake.

In the afternoon, we begin the journey back to Slovenia, arriving in the evening – tired, happy, and full of stories to tell.
