The Erasmus Halloween beer pong party is here! 🎃 👻 Get ready for the spookiest night of the semester with a doubles-only beer pong tournament, the cheapest club drinks in Ljubljana, great music and scary good vibes all night long. 🍺💀 Team check-in starts at 20:30, so don’t be late! Costumes are an option, but the fun is guaranteed. 🔥 See you on the 21st of October! 🍻

BEER PONG TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

Event venue: Kampus Food, Pivovarniška ulica 6, 1000 Ljubljana

Event schedule:
20:30 – Kampus Food opens its doors
20:30 – 20:55 – beer pong tournament team check-in
21:00 – start of the beer pong tournament

Team application: Only one (1) team member needs to register for the tournament through any of the below listed application methods. The team consists of two (2) players, as it is a doubles competition. While applying please state your teammates full name. The registration fee includes both team members in the price.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

The beer pong registration fee covers both players in the team and all the beer needed for the entire tournament.

Entry to the party is completely free for everyone who is not competing in the tournament.

HOW DO YOU SUCCESSFULLY APPLY
